A 3rd party vendor has been contracted to perform your delivery service. In order to ensure that your delivery is successful, your participation is needed. Below are answers to commonly asked questions about LAVENDERSTOP.NET deliveries:
When will I receive my delivery?
Once you place your order, you will receive an Estimated Delivery Date email. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries. Our system calculates this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.
Where do you ship?
Right now we have domestic deliveries, and almost worldwide to the following countries:
- Saudi Arabia
- United Kingdom

Our shipping and handling processes is handled by Aramex.com. A tracking number will be sent to you after shipping is confirmed. It takes approximately between 5 to 10 working days for you order to be received. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries.
If you change your mind after making a purchase, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days. All we ask is that you send your receipt and return it in its original packaging. Please note that we may request for you to email/ send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise. For international orders, you need to email us for return request at email@example.com and contact your local Aramex offices for return request. Please note that we do not offer free return, all return fees must be paid by you. If we received the merchandise as new we will be happy to refund back your money or offer store credit. Also, we do not refund shipping fees.
If you have placed an order at LAVENDERSTOP.NET online or by phone order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact Customer Service at 00965-98888852 within 2 hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a full refund for the value of the merchandise only; shipping and handling will not be refunded.
